Our Dinner Speaker for Narooma’s Mental Health Hat Day will be Chrissy Guinery a life coach, counsellor, author and mental health advocate. She brings not just wisdom but heart, humour, and honesty to every event.
Chrissy is passionate about helping people navigate life’s transitions with confidence, clarity, and joy. She has over 30 years of experience and is known for her warm, down-to-earth style and infectious zest for life. She’s supported thousands through grief, growth, and self-discovery via coaching, workshops, the written word and inspirational speaking.
She has written several books, including:
- Falling Up Stairs – a seriously funny and motivational memoir
- When the Smoke Clears – a story of hope during the devastating 2020 ‘Black Summer’ Australian bushfires, in which her daughter’s home was lost (Chrissy lives at Batemans Bay)
- Room to Breathe – a community-driven project promoting mental health and suicide prevention across Australia, endorsed by NSW Mental Health Minister
Her talks are real, raw, and unforgettable. Pleae invite partners and friends for this special event. Money raised on the night will go to Autralian Rotary Health Foundation programmes.
